With more than 25 years of experience in Financial Services, Joanne has been an integral part of the EJS team since joining in September 2020. During this time, she has developed a strong blend of client‑focused expertise, operational insight, and hands‑on team leadership. She is committed to supporting clients, ensuring processes and office operations run smoothly, and strengthening her team’s capability and confidence through practical guidance and day‑to‑day support.

Away from work, Joanne enjoys spending her free time touring the UK in her motorhome alongside her husband and their two dogs. From uncovering hidden gems to revisiting much-loved locations, she values the chance to be outdoors, relax and unwind.
