Joanne Deacon - Operations Manager
With more than 25 years of experience in Financial Services, Joanne has been an integral part of the EJS team since joining in September 2020. During this time, she has developed a strong blend of client‑focused expertise, operational insight, and hands‑on team leadership. She is committed to supporting clients, ensuring processes and office operations run smoothly, and strengthening her team’s capability and confidence through practical guidance and day‑to‑day support.
Outside of work, Joanne enjoys heading off on new adventures. Much of her spare time is spent exploring different parts of the UK in her motorhome with her husband, accompanied by their two dogs who are always excited to be part of the adventure. Whether discovering a new corner of the countryside or returning to a favourite destination, she loves being outdoors and making the most of their time together.
