Emma Duncan - Managing Director
Emma is the Managing Director of EJS and brings a strong analytical and technical foundation to the business, supported by her degree in Mathematics. Her ability to combine precision with a genuinely caring approach has earned her the trust and appreciation of clients, who value the way she consistently places their needs at the centre of every decision.
She holds a Diploma in Financial Planning as well as advanced technical pensions qualifications, and she is an active member of the Personal Finance Society. Emma’s depth of knowledge, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in shaping the continued success of EJS.
With EJS approaching its 20th anniversary in 2027, Emma is immensely proud to lead the business she has built and nurtured. She places great value on her team, recognising that their dedication and expertise are fundamental to the firm’s reputation and achievements.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Emma enjoys swimming, visiting new places and occasionally relaxing with a glass of rosé wine.
